Regional Director
As a Regional Director at 247 Security Solutions, you’ll oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring our teams deliver best-in-class service, meet client expectations, and adhere to regulatory and company standards. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic thinking, people management, and operational excellence.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior operations or regional management role, preferably in security or facilities management

Strong track record of managing procurement processes, relationships, and cost control.

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations

Strong knowledge of SIA regulations, compliance, and health & safety requirements

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and crisis-response skills

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region

SIA licence (frontline or non-frontline) preferred
